This past weekend we headed up to Oshkosh to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday! It was an awesome weekend with many great laughs and happy moments. John, Kev, Mallory, my mom, and I arrived in Oshkosh on Saturday morning. We had so much fun hanging out and playing with Tizita. She was all smiles and warmed up to all of us so quickly. Alissa and Nathan arrived and the menfolk went out to a local bar for food and football. The womenfolk went to Subway and talked about the Duggers, intercourse, and asthma camp. (Don't even ask, just know it caused lots of laughs) After Tizita's nap we headed over to the motel and swam in the pool. Tizita is a little fish and she makes her mama very proud. We all went out for dinner to a nice Italian restaurant. Tizita was soooooooooooooo good and she ate very well. We had our own little room so she could run around to her little heart's content. We headed back to the Van Auken's for cake and guitar hero and finally went back to the motel and called it a night. Today we opened presents, ate more cake, and spent more time with Tizita! What a great weekend! I think Gigi Marge enjoyed herself!
